Transition 123 has provided emergency/
transitional housing for women in our community since 2003. We offer them a fresh start and a new beginning. However, they are always in need of daily essentials and household items for their new journey. The contribution(s) you make are an investment to human life and all those who depend on Transition 1.2.3. Our goal for 2024 to 2025 is to renovate/build affordable housing for over 10 individuals /families.
Transition 123 has provided emergency/transitional housing for women in our community since 2004. Our goal is to build (or purchase) a building to house and provide supportive services for over 20 families affected by domestic violence annually. The Fay Burton Transitional Housing Facility will host women and children displaced physically and financially as a result of mental, physical and sexual abuse and/or violence.
